Refund Policy

We stand behind every service on our Platform. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right.

1. General Policy

Boostifier is committed to delivering quality services. If a service is not completed as described, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, a service credit, or a re-completion of the order. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) your order has not yet been started by a Booster; (b) the Booster fails to complete the service within the agreed timeframe and no acceptable resolution is reached; or (c) the service delivered materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.

3. Partial Refunds

If an order has been partially completed at the time of cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the uncompleted portion of the service, at Boostifier's discretion. Partial refunds will be calculated based on the scope of work completed by the Booster.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: (a) the service has been fully completed as described; (b) you provided incorrect account credentials or insufficient information that prevented service delivery; (c) your game account was banned or penalized by the game publisher after the service was completed; (d) you changed your mind after service completion; or (e) the order was placed during a promotion and the promotional conditions were met.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via the chat widget on the Platform within 48 hours of the order completion date. Please include your order ID and a description of the issue. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund at Boostifier's sole discretion.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Boostifier is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution. Alternatively, we may offer account credit at a 1:1 value, which can be applied to future orders.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Boostifier support is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage you to resolve any disputes directly with us before contacting your payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

Boostifier reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
