1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Boostifier ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Boostifier is a marketplace that connects players ("Customers") with experienced players ("Boosters") who provide in-game assistance, rank advancement, and coaching services. Boostifier acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any service agreement between Customers and Boosters.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By using Boostifier you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts created on behalf of minors are prohibited.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Boostifier is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) engage in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the payment system; (d) harass, threaten, or harm other users; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform; or (f) create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
6. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected in full at the time of order placement. Boostifier uses third-party payment processors and does not store your full payment card details. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your selected payment method.
7. Service Completion and Disputes
Orders are considered complete once the agreed deliverable has been fulfilled and confirmed. If you believe a service was not delivered as described, you must raise a dispute within 48 hours of completion via our support chat. Boostifier will review the claim and, at its discretion, issue a refund, credit, or re-completion of the service.
8. Game Account Security
When sharing account credentials with a Booster, you do so at your own risk. Boostifier implements vetting and monitoring of Boosters but cannot guarantee that your game account will not be flagged, suspended, or banned by the game publisher. Boostifier is not liable for any penalties imposed by game publishers arising from your use of boosting services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including the Boostifier name, logo, design, and software — is the property of Boostifier or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boostifier's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Boostifier in the 30 days preceding the claim. Boostifier is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
11. Termination
Boostifier may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by Boostifier in its sole discretion.
